Help answer this question below.
Unfortunately many seem to want to. When my son was born the nurses kept trying to tell me how I was supposed to hold him to feed him, they had no idea. If I had followed their method I would have ended up smoothing my baby. Being very large breasted anyway, naturally they grew when I was breast feeding. they wanted me to put a pillow under the arm I held him with and then feed him. Not only was it extremely uncomfortable, but being so big my breast would cover my sons nose and face and cut off his breathing. Not good in a premature baby. Once I finally got them to leave me alone we got along fine.
when I had my children, the nurse would come in to help the newborn to latch onto my breasts and make sure that it was feeding properly. Thats 'bout the only help I got with breastfeeding. I'm not sure what else you mean by "help" each other?
Well, I might give them some pointers or even help them get the kid to latch on, if they were struggling, but I don't think I would offer up my breast to their kid. Of course, the situation has never really come up for me, so who knows?
Wet nurses do.
Most of the people in the parent training classes for breastfeeding mothers, La Leche, are women, because they are most likely to be able to explain how to properly hold the baby, and give tips and ideas.
Please don't tell me that they don't. Masturbation will be harder for me if you blow this fantasy for me.
Yes, they show you how to breast feed in the hospital or special classes if that is how you choose to feed your baby.

Nice to hear it all worked out well Ginger! I guess it's always good to hear advice, but sometimes we have to figure out what works for us best. +6
