Laws are already in place and until a person is convicted of a crime they are innocent and thus have the same rights as everyone else in society. Once convicted these people still have certain rights

It's obvious to me that our justice system doesn't work most of the time. Our prison system is so overcrowded that even when they actually put them in prison, they get out way too soon. I can not believe some of the things I see and hear. I've known 3 people who committed serious offenses in the last 12 years. One committed murder and was released after 4 years! The two others served 8 months and 11 months for manslaughter! Somehow that doesn't equate to justice in my eyes. You take someone's life, I just don't think you should see the light of day again. The person you killed never will and their families will never be "whole" or even right again. It's time they figured out what to do about it. Maybe they can start sending these lovely people to Mars! Yep, that might do it...no return flight!
