Kirk. Not only would he win, he'd have nailed Deanna Troy & Beverly Crusher inthe process and had Data calculating pi to the last decimal or blowing up some positronic circuits over some circular logic. And the really COOL part about it is he wouldn't have had to stop in the middle of battle to call all his senior officers into the Briefing Room to figure out how to kick Picard's *ss in the process. All he would have had to do is say over the intercom: "Scotty, I need Phasers and Shields NOW!" And all for the low, low price of two, maybe three, red shirts. Which is OK, because at least they aren't regulars like Tasha Yar was. At least they would die in battle, killed by an exploding panel or phaser coolant leak. Not by some oil slick in the middle of the ground on some stupid backwater planet.
