Of course she can. It might be more like when you and I love our dog or cat, but there is no reason why a person who believes she is "above" everyone (whatever that means)can't also love another.

everyone is capable of love to a certain degree. however, it may not be a deep, selfless love. the partner of a narcissist is more likely to be a mirror in which she can see how wonderful she is through her partners eyes.

Yes, but women like that are often in serial relationships. They go from one intimate relationship to another with no break in time. They usually end up alone living with their cats or camped out on a bar stool waiting for the next swinging dick to walk through the door so they can fall in love.
