Dialogue, catalogue etc. are British spellings. Hence, to me they are the correct ones :-)
Dialogue
They are both correct. Dialogue is considered a "UK" spelling, but I prefer it to dialog. I tend to use catalogue, theatre, and centre instead of the American counterparts.

You're reading "Dialogue" or "dialog?" To me it looks wrong without the ue at the end, but my spell checker flags it when I do that.
