I have heard that if the wine is wet, you can throw salt on it and then blot. Since it is no doubt dried by now, I would try Shout wipes or SPot SHot which is great at least for pet stains in the home.

Before I was studying medicine I was a culinary student at CIA. When we were learning about wine we learned that if while you are serving wine and the customer or server spills red wine on the customers clothes to use white wine to remove the red wine stain. It sounds funny, but it works. The cleaners will never get it out, but you can. For car seats, there are so many materials. You got me there. Hope I could help.

I would try with a spot remover machine for carpets.

there is a product called red relief you can use it as very good results. you can buy it at any janitorial store.
