MIXED MARTIAL ARTS, you have to be smart, attack when the opportunity presents itself while defending, you need speed, flexibility and strength. Smarts by far is the biggest factor, it is not always the strongest or fastest, it boils down to training, a great joy to watch the "live chess match" if you are into that sort of thing.

haha MOTOCROSS without a dought, ive been in numorous other sports, soccer, boxing, football, basketball, golf, track, soccer, and none come close in comparison. give it a try, u will feel sore in places u never even thought u used muscle from, and u have to memorize exact speed and gears for numerous jumps on every different track, knowing which line will give u faster lap times, and have to adjust to every slight little change in the track or is sumone is in front of u, and lets discuss crashes, i no its hurts gettin hit in football, or jacked in teh face in boxing, been there done that, but try hittin the dirt at 50+mph it make dirt feel like concrete plus u have a 300+ lbs bike comin right after u at the same speed, and when it lands on u full force, u try gettin back up and finishin the moto, i do believe ive proved my point!

Hockey. You have to think extremly fast, have the dexterity to do everything at high speed and be able to check, hit, fight, skate, backwards shoot accurately and on and on...

I would have to say, hands down in my opinion, figure skating. My best friend is a figure skater, you have to be strong and fit to move like that, jumping in the air and rotating two, three and half times, and landing on a blade that's not even half an inch wide? Most people can barely stand up on the ice. You have to be able to memorize multiple programs, and know how to count off the rotations of spins and jumps while spinning. My best friend is a figure skater and on top of an hour or two at the rink everyday she also spends every other day at the gym with a personal trainer. This summer she starts 'summer skating school', which requires the nomal practice ices and lessons along with power classes, jump classes, ballet, and going to the gym.

F1 race drivers endure incredible G forces, have lightning reflexes to deal with issues at 300km/h plus, must give constant feedback regarding the condition of every aspect of the car and still drive for over 2 hours with pinpoint accuracy.
They lose an average of 5kg's per race in body fluids and often record pulse rates over 220 bpm.
    Freakishly fit guys...

Cycling is the most demanding. Just ask Lance Armstrong. The Tour de France is over 1000 miles over the course of a month. Only the strongest, most fit and smartest will wear the yellow jersey at the end. You compete with close to 200 of the world’s best (not an easy task when you consider the popularity of this sport worldwide). To participate you have to earn points in several other similar races and come out on top. You have to be the best of the best. You compete with your teammates and other teams. You have to be a gifted athlete just to enter elite cycling but it's only after years of advance training that you know if you even have potential. Only the best mountain climbing, time trialing, bike handling, strategizing, most determined can win this kind of race. And there can only be one overall winner.

I would have to say different types of gymnastic...you really have to be fit, or else you cant do it...stregnth to land right and jump up in the air...and twist and turn, and tumble...and intelligence cuz you havta learn balance, and skill...and just understand basics and gravity. lol...
