I would think that she is probably in high school or maybe college. Once you are in a professional career, it would be hard to get away with that! I'm not opposed to it at all. I used to color my hair funky when I could get away with it. It's fun to be different and unique at times. As far as if it looks cool, hard to say, but who cares as long as you like it.

dont know if you have done it yet or still thinking but i say awesome! i got red, purple my natural dark blonde a little and blue as well (and a couple of green streaks but im dying them blue/purple tomorrow) and its awesome. should be more fun hair girls around! though one point to say is you need to like it! i have people coming up telling me i look stupid and i have been banished from most of my year level(only 20 in it though).... it made me see my true friends and realize the rest are to shallow. good luck sorry if this is a turn off but it does look AWESOME!
