During November I was driving my car during a rainstorm AT NIGHT on the 5 frwy out side of Los Angeles going through the Grapevine. It was raining cats and dogs, thundering and lightening, winds were gusting. It was probably the only time in 20 years that I have been scared sh*tless. I must have seen a dozen traffic accidents that night.

Walking on a beach in the Tropics at the start of a Hurricane blowing in from the Ocean, the sands was whipping up in our face as the rains lashed down.

Inside a bus shelter with my kids, I had them bundled into one corner while standing in front of them protecting them from the cold wind and rain, luckily my husband spotted us about 20 minutes later after searching for us.
