Are you the interviewer or interviewee? If you are in an interview, look interested, try and give as much information about yourself as possible by answering the questions they ask. What kind of job are you applying for? If it's a corporation, they love those lame ass questions about the company, because they have those answers. Ask them what is required of you to make them happy, i.e., besides the usual, being punctual, etc., what do they need from you for you to be considered excellent.

What can you expect as far as training for this position? Will you be trained by the person you are replacing What is the reason for this opening?--ie, was the person whom you are replacing promoted?

How much does this position pay? Will there be opportunities for advancement? When can I start? (Research the company before your interview).
