Have you ever had a lady flirt with you at work that made you feel like she was doing it just so she could file a sexual harassment claim against you once you made a move?

    yes, it was in the military. We were all reservists. on drill weekends, we would kill part of the lunchtime in someone's room. So, she came to mine with these other two guys, all of us were lunch friends and she started to unbutton her pants (to let them out I guess) and said "whoops, i forgot where i was for a second"..like she was at home (then she sits on the bed and hikes one leg up slow leaving her legs pretty open for a second, teasing). I quickly said to all evacuating my room suddenly - "time to get back to the unit everybody". It was my room after all, she constantly "teased" guys in the unit AND she would bring up sexual harassment allot. Dont trust it. If you sense it..it's prolly a trap.

    No, being a female myself...but I have never tried such a dirty trick anyway...and if you think this may be the case, you should speak to your superior and ask to be placed in a work environment where this person will not be able to have any contact with you whatsoever. Be frank, tell your boss exactly why you are making this request, and be sure your complaint is documented in writing--and be sure you get a copy of it for "personal reference".
