lay on ur back... put ur arms behind ur head as if ur going to do a sit up. Pedal ur legs in the air on a 45 degree angle and move ur elbows so that the opposit elbow meets the opposite knee. This will work ur abs like crazy too. Follow it by straightening ur legs and scissoring them as you move them up and down. These are mostly ab exercises but does use the thighs and glutes a bit. Also you could try squats. If you can do squats these are optimal.
