How to get over when your EX is your business partner and seems not interested anymore in the business? but when i confront, always promising to be good and focus because he said he loves business as much as i do. i dont know how to handle this anymore.

Draw up a legally binding contract for him to sign stating exactly what his responsibilities are, then get in to sign...:O)
