  • Call him, talk to him, call one of your girlfriends and vent to them about him. Write a letter to him saying everything you would like to say, then throw it away (you dont have to give him a letter, just an idea to vent) Take deep breaths, eat something, play a game, watch an interesting movie that will keep your attention.   • i have the same problem with my relationship i always feel the same as you hunny :) it sux but im trying to find ways to make me feel better, supposedly yoga helps or breathing exercises, talking to someone you trust, a therapist.. getting out and doing things, working.. hope u get better..tell us if something works for you :)
