What are the exact roles of all the people in a boxer's entourage (manager, promoter, etc.)?

Promoter sells rights for fights to tv etc and makes sure advertising ticket prices are all ok etc
Manager makes sure his boxer gets the best money for the fight (inc managers percentage) and sets fights up for the promoter to promote.
that is my understanding of it

- trainer he is the guy that sorts the training regime out and studies the opponents strengths/weaknesses

Manager manages (gets best deals for fights)
Promotor Promotes (advertising etc)
Cut man Sorts cuts out
Medic looks after medical stuff

- I knew their basic roles (self-explanatory from their titles), but I just wanted really, really specific details. Like, a promoter? How does he promote? What does he do to promote? Stuff like that.
