Do you think the use of texting has improved or confused(abreviations, misspelling) communication?

Judging from the texts I receive, it does neither. People who type like morons on their computers will do the same on their cell phones. People who type intelligently will do the same on their phones.

Texting is fine in the appropriate venue. It is annoying & lazy outside of that venue.
