What could cause an otherwise healthy adult male to have almost completely dilated pupils? (Strictly ruling out the use of drugs)

    might just be a reaction to differential in light but better to be safe and get checked out by a doctor pronto
    i would go straight to casualty incase of a stroke or aneurism or other head/ brain problem

    There might be some prescription medication that could cause it. I know there are eyedrops that cause your pupils to dilate..they use them during an eye exam if they are checking your eyes for possible disease. Perhaps it is an allergy of some kind. Or perhaps there is something going on in the eyes that needs attention. Happy Thursday! :) ((hugs))
