if its real bad, i pull the seats, if not then i spray a good carpet cleaner i then use a baby bottle brush and slide between to scrub. then i get what i can with the shop vac. the rest i blow out with a blow gun hooked to a compressor. vaccum what you blew out into the floor board. good luck
