Help answer this question below.

If there could be one law put in to effect that would change the way society would be changed for the good, what would that one law be? THOUGHTS and OPINIONS.

    There should be a mandatory test for common sense. Anyone who fails is not allowed out of their home.

    I don't think any law would be able to effect society- laws cannot change hearts and minds.

    On the other hand, I would love it if laws were enforced evenly and fairly- so rich or poor, whatever the race, whatever the religion, every law was applied evenly.

    Every human being in America should be requried to have a breathing license.

    Weird? yes.

    Here is the reasoning behind my answer:

    Today, do we really know who is living in our American society? no. so many altered identications and fraud drivers license and identity thefts have occured, thats impossible to believe who is who.

    Having a breathing license, would require anyone living in America to show absolute, positive proof of their identity. their fingerprint and photo would be on a newly-issued license. its like starting over for the sake of knowing who is living in America.

    This is really far-fetched i know. my point is that America needs a new accounting of who is living in our country.
