No, for while we would like the asian world to police themselves, we should not expect them to do so. America at least at one time was the figurehead of the free world, the chief fighter for democracy. Fitting as it is, democrats are in charge now, and they have at least secretly redefined what they believe to be a democracy and what it means to be democratic. In short, Americans, more and more, are giving the undeserving and unworthy more and more liberties. First, I speak of overseas terrorists, and how we give them the right not to be tortured, regardless of what they intend to do, already have done, or what could be potentially gleaned from coercive interrogation. Secondly, I mean children, which are oftentimes domestic terrorists in their own homes and schools, due to parents respecting their child's sense of self expression and/or personal space, as haphazard as that is. And this speaks of a widening influence of liberalism in America, which at least at times at least enables corruption.
