No, I'm afraid the kind of salts that the sea contains has less to do with semen.

Possibly yes, because in sea, almost all creatures are always wet , thus would be hory all through the life... so this saltiness is the result of their horny adventures... why to blame whales alone... all of them must be doing that!
Now I am imagining the masterbating part of poor male sea creatures who couldn't get the females... they would be more responsible for making the sea salty....
