Can I make a form in MS Access 2003 that is has a Datasheet view which shows all of my records and has a subform that will show only the record that is currently selected?

    Have a look at the quarterly orders form in the example Northwind database, which is installed as part of the MS Access installation. It is normally in the C:Program Files Microsoft Office Office Samples folder.
