bagicide stayed 10 months too long

I grow a garden every year. Unfortunately, I let my husband and daughter plant it this year, so all we are having is tomatoes, beans, turnips and beets.

I used to, but live in an apartment now so I have limits on what I can do. This year I'm attempting to grow strawberries in a planter box. It hasn't quite been 2 weeks since I planted them but I'm already wondering if they're going to grow at all. XP

Yes, I grow both. Our garden is still really small here but we used to grow almost all our veggies back in California.

    Well of course!
I started out with cool season crops....most will be planted out again for fall crops too:
    Kohlrabi (2 kinds)
    Broccoli
    Peas
    Mustard greens
    Collard greens
    Turnip greens
    Lettuce, curly leaf
    Lettuce, romaine

    Planted since May 15th:
    Bush Beans
Peppers (including my 3rd year Habanero and Boliavian Rainbow plants)
    Tomatoes (6 varieties of heirlooms)
    Cantaloupe
    Winter Squash (acorn)
    Okra
    Brussels Sprouts

I start everything from seed and transplant into the garden

  • I used to live in Illinois and my family grew a lot of stuff with that great soil they have. Now I am in AZ and it's tough at this time of year to grow much of anything especially in light of the fact that I have no room outdoors for much of a garden. I bought one of those Topsy Turvy contraptions from the TV and I can't put it together . Don't buy it.
