doubtful. i imagine the "morning star king" has been groomed from birth to walk in his father's footsteps and has been indoctrinated on the beauty of dictatorship. it is difficult for people to change the conditioning from childhood. he has led an insular life, and has thus far purposely avoided western influences ~ this does not bode well for future relations with the west. in the case of kim jong-un, i would predict the apple doesnt fall too far from the tree.
