I think it is somewhat natural for a teenage girl to desire an older man, but it is not right for a 30 year old man to be with a teenage girl. He needs to go away, and she will get over him. She is young and adaptable. He needs to find women his own age and leave your sister alone.

I do not doubt that they both have real and sincere feelings for each other. However, as a 33 year-old man myself with a 17 year old son (same difference) I have absolutley nothing to talk about with my son's girlfriends. For a man my age to even toy with the idea of playing around with a girl so much younger than I is inappropriate. This man you speak of is being very unfair by preying on the emotions of a young girl. He may marry her and he may seem to do the right thing, but mark my words, the older your sister gets the less interested he will become. Hope your sister not have a daughter with this man, she is a target.
