We have an Aldi's here also. Cant be the same chain. What do you get, ours is like a low price bring your own bags grocery store.

- Same as bring your own bags. I didnt realise they were all over the world, I buy cheese, veg & fruit because its nice and well priced. Credit crunch makes me a tad more prudent these days. My main shop Asda (Walmart). I love Asda, clothes, electrical & food. But I get a tad giddy with my spending! ouch!

- Yep those little savings go a long way on a budget, so thats why I shop there. It used to be looked down on a bit in the UK if you shopped there (I always have)But since the credit crunch, you see some quality motors outside now lol. Seems its hitting us all!
  Those individuals tend to use a classier bag to put there shopping in! (What would the neighbours say type of people!) lol

Well, I think that some typicial dutch things are: de Bijenkorf, C&A, V&D, Blokker, Xenos, Zeeman, Wibra, HEMA and ofcourse De winkel van Sinkel!

Unless you either live in or near kennsington Maryland or are an active Mormon who lives in the Washington d.c. temple district and actively visits the temple you would not have heard of an lds bookstore called this is the place.
