Train,as in Eurorail,and secondly ship,not in a cruise ship but a voyage for a couple of weeks would be my choices.

Depends on where I'm going. I'd just as not take a car through Somolia. I'd prefer to take a boat through the barge canals of Holland and France. In certain places-like South Eastern South America-a helicopter works well.

If I'm not in a hurry, I prefer a "motorcycle." Otherwise, a plane.
