  • I grill on an electric grill. It cooks very fast, and you're supposed to cook it rare, otherwise it is overdone.
  • Really, really hot grill!, rub the tuna with olive oil and slide it onto the grill. Cook it a minute or two, until it starts to release, turn it over, and cook it another minute or so. I throw butter and lemon at mine, with a little bit of basil. Oh, you gotta get a nice 1 1/2 inch thick steak, the stuff in the can just makes a mess =)
