Anyone like to grill tuna? I hear it is very tricky to get it right.

I grill on an electric grill. It cooks very fast, and you're supposed to cook it rare, otherwise it is overdone.

Really, really hot grill!, rub the tuna with olive oil and slide it onto the grill. Cook it a minute or two, until it starts to release, turn it over, and cook it another minute or so. I throw butter and lemon at mine, with a little bit of basil. Oh, you gotta get a nice 1 1/2 inch thick steak, the stuff in the can just makes a mess =)
