Byhtomit was descibing the frenulum which actually would be the spot on the penis that is most sensitive and gives the typical orgasm a guy has. The prostate is probably where the spot on guy is that would be comparable to the g spot. I have not tried that, but I do enjoy the stroking of the shaft of the penis that is behind the scrotum. That and anal stimulation enhance my orgasm.
When a guy has an orgasm his prostate contracts releasing the first part of the semen with the sperm in it. Perhaps massage of the prostate augments the natural contractions.

The equivalent to a woman's g spot in a man is commonly referred to as his a spot, it is located inside the rectum. It is also called the prostate. Stimulation of the a spot will result in an uncontrollable ejaculation just as it does in females.

The equivalent spot for a guy is on the underside of the head of the penis, where the shaft and head meet. However, since that women's bodies work differently than men's, the spot works differently. In women, the spot works to provide them with multiple orgasms amoung other things and guy's bodies are just not designed to do have multiple orgasms. However, if that spot on guys is stimulated by itself, it can cause men to have an orgasm without any other stimulation.
