Help answer this question below.

Every time I try to plug something into my usb (like a video game controller, digicamera) I get an error message that reads "The file "insert file name" on (unknown) is needed. Type the path where the file is located, and then click OK. What should I do?

It sounds like you need to install the drivers for said devices.
