I'm not a guy, but I like girls, so I can answer this. I don't like women (or men, for that matter), that are heavily tanned. I prefer darker skin that is NATURAL.

I like them both. The tanned boobs are tricky, though--on one hand, it's hot to know a girl has been sunning in the nude. On the other hand, too much tan can a) look bad and b) result in wrinkly, dried out boobs. Yuck. But a young woman with lightly tanned boobs is very sexy. Otherwise, I'd have to go with a more natural color (whether light or dark, depending on ethnicity).

I don't like the whole breast to be tan. I like most of the breast to be natural, be that creamy white or whatever. The tan doesn't change the taste. What do a tanned woman and a Thanksgiving turkey have in common? The white meat is best!
