For the most part, no; it's never there when you need it, and it loves to get in your face when you don't.

Yes, there good kindly people that they are always there when you need them!!

Not really, they aren't enough of them around to cover crimes, but they still get assigned to sit under an overpass all day to catch speeders on the highway. How annoying.
