As far as I know it's not dropped by any monster. IMHO, it could possibly be a rare find in an OBB [Old Blue Box] and/or OPB [Old Purple Box]. You might also want to look into Guild's treasure boxes, where Guild-Master-only items are only available and nowhere else.

This is a GM weapon and cannot be obtained by a normal player on some private servers it is a donator item but on any real server such as IRO MRO or CRO it isnt possible to get.

only a GM(guild master) can use it because it is a GM weapon normal player cannot obtain the balmung GM equips are such as 1. Balmung 2. Majolnir 3. Lord kaho's horn
