Help answer this question below.

Bases loaded,2 outs.Ball hit and thrown to 2nd base for the force 3rd out. But the runner at 3rd crossed the plate just before the force at second was made, (fast runner) does the run count?

    No the run does not count.

    If the third out is made on a "force" play, then it doesn't matter when the runner from 3rd crossed home plate.

    OTOH, if it was runners at 2nd and 3rd and the third out was made by tagging the runner from second, then the runner from third could score if he crossed home plate prior to the other runner being tagged out.
