People who snore very loudly sometimes wake up other people who are sleeping,so why dont they wake them selves up?

    They've probably been snoring for so long they are just used to the noise they make. Most people that have bad snoring problems usually have some type of apnea. If this is a loved one you are talking about I would urge them to see a DR.
