Help answer this question below.

My next door neighbor decided to pull up a decorative plant on my property without asking permission. He has a shrub that is on my property. Should I kill it?

    Ask them to replace the plant that was removed from your property. If this is not in the realm of possibility, remove the shrub of his that is on yours. It is not his any longer or never really was if it is on your property. Not to start a neighbor rivalry, but possession is 9/10 of the law so to say.

    Before doing something that drastic and possibly ruining a civil relationship with your neighbor, I would recommend explaining the situation calmly but directly to him.

    Maybe try to see if the shrub can be moved and replanted elsewhere -at his expense-, of course.
