A man builds a house with all 4 walls facing north. A bear walks by the house. What color in the bear? (This is a riddle not a joke. Explain your answer if you got one pls.)

The Bear is white because it's a polar bear. For all four walls to be facing North, the man has to build the house on the North Pole...and there are only Polar Bears there.

If all 4 walls face north, wouldn't that have to be in a straight line? If that's the case, it could be anywhere so the bear could be any kind native to the area in which its built. ???

If all (outer) walls faced north he'd be on the south pole. No polar bears in the south pole. No bears at all in fact. It COULD be a Brisbane Bear doing some pre-season AFL training in cold weather - in which case it would be maroon and blue with gold highlights...
