he was fishnapped and is being held for ransom?
Sometimes they leap out of the tank. Have you checked behind the tank and/or on the floor?
PROBABLY flopped his way underneath a piece of furniture.
I don't know, but your cat looks smug.
sucked up the filter.
...hmm, if ya got a cat...that is the obvious...or he might have gotten scared and jumped outta your tank. I had the problem once. Look around on the floor real good...or he might have gotten stuck on a curtain or sumpin. :S
uh oh... jumping holy jumping betta... I had no idea that bettas could jump. He's not hiding in the tank anywhere?
you have to keep some type of lid on the tank. if you didn't, it probably jumped out. mine did that a lot. or if you have something like a cat or dog.. they scoop them right out if they can. it can be anywhere if that's the case.
Depends on how big your fish was. If still small, it could have been eaten by other fish. sorry.
is it possible that a cat could of got it?or it could of jumped out but if theres a lid are you sure its not hiding?
Was it Mr. Mittens in the Aquarium with the Fishing Pole?
Ask the cat, if you have one. That would be the obvious culprit.
First, make sure that your car is still in the driveway before you call the police.
Do you have a shell he could crawl in and get stuck? I've seen that happen
Only one way out of a tank. Look on the floor, or in the Cat.
He's been rescued by the other fish & taken out to sea.:))
perhaps your feline friend has fin breath
Does your cat have a guilty look?
He fell in love with the fish down the street and they swam off together to get married.
Has it been 3 days yet? Sometimes on the third day... you know how it goes.
He is hiding behind the lounge.
look for pieces..yuk
fish often jump out of the tank bettas do it often. My little brother lost one or two of his that way. look around the tank, in and under furniture.
Do you have a cat in the house?
I,m having them for dinner tonight can,t wait. Yum!
He's there just look on the floor, Do you have a cat? He couldn't have gotten to far.
Have you noticed the cat licking its lips and cleaning it's paws? Wet paw-prints on the floor? Is the cat smiling? GUESS!
Something smells fishy about it
He made one hell of a sandwich.
BTW, you're out of tarter sauce :)
mine jumped out of the tank and was dead and dried when i found him.. mabye yours escaped somehow
I think he felt it was time he went out on his own ... I wish him well.
Do you have a cat or dog? My outdoor fish used to get stolen by raccoons.
got a cat or dog? if so, then there's your answer.
I was wondering when you were gunna ask this!! :o) Do you have cats? Maybe another fishy ate him!
I thought I saw him hanging out with Nemo...
Or maybe your cat is smiling for a reason...
Neutron bomb. You won't be safe from it, even inside a tank.
"ER weapons are meant to kill a much higher percentage of enemy personnel inside such protected environments through the release of a higher percentage of their yield in the form of neutron radiation, against which even tank armor is not very effective."

He has just gone down to the fish shop to buy some scales!!!
Gone Fishing ...
;)
Fish run away from home for a variety of reasons, too much fighting in the house, loss of privileges, no high speed internet access...I wouldn't worry they usually return after they see the big world out there is not what they thought it would be!
If you have any other, bigger fish then probably missing one became a meal. If not, sometimes fish jump out of the tank an then jump more and more until they dead or until your dog/cat find it. If you dont have a dog/cat, you will probably find it somewhere behind the desk.
1: Do you have other fish in the tank? (i.e Tiger barbs)
2: If you have cats in your house and didn't even think of that then I'm calling the mental instatution
3: Bettas jump!
it s probably dead i heard that fish can t live out side water i don t know could be a rumor
Maybe he went up that machine that circulates air into the water (like in Finding Nemo) Or he might have died and is laying in the bottom of the tank?
Jumped out of the tank. Have you search the floor?
Have you looked in Cancun?

You're reading My fish is missing from his tank, and I can't find him anywhere. What could have happened to him?
