Help answer this question below.

Damn i mess up.... ok howw on does someone have to press charges in evansville in. the gilr went to the hospital with a broken jaw. it was me who hit her i told the cops that and she is trying to say it was someone eles who did it. what will happen

    These are fairly common scenarios. They will likely (if they haven't already) threaten the victim with criminal charges, including--perjury; obstructing justice, etc.
