    Nizoral works well for me but it does not last a long time. I need to apply twice weekly for it to be effective. Anyway I am thankful because it helps me.

    Ive never had the problem myself, but whatever you do dont use Head And Shoulders. It strips your hair of all nutrients. So yes - it'll get rid of the dandruff but also all the goodness in your hair!!
