Is a man's semen dangerous to a woman if she swallows it during oral sex?

    Generally, no, as long as the man is healthy.

    However, if he has a venereal disease, the act of oral sex itself is risky, and depending on which form of VD he has, the semen could be dangerous.

    For instance, If he has HIV/AIDS, the virus would be present in his semen. Although my understanding is that the virus can't survive in the stomach, if the woman had any lesions or cuts anywhere on the lips or gums or in the mouth, the chance of infection goes up.

    There are actually natural sugars in sperm as well. Unless he has a disease, it's not dangerous at all. It may be icky, though as the taste is slimy and salty.
