Any Will Smith movie!
I'll go with I Robot. I have to see Seven Pounds yet.
He's a great actor, no doubt.
Bob Geldoff in 'The Wall'.
I'm going away from the obvious and say David Bowie in The Hunger.
Cher in Moonstruck.
Bette Midler in The Rose
Diana Ross in Mahogany

1. will smith in men in black, independence day or pursuit of happyness.
2. tom waits in down by law.
3. mark wahlberg in perfect storm or i heart huckabees or boogie nights.
4. john lurie in fishing with john.
5. david bowie in the man who fell to earth.
6. sting in dune.
7. queen latifah in chicago.
8. diana ross in lady sings the blues.

Levon Helm as Mr. Lynn in "Coal Miner's Daughter".
Probably Glen Campbell's role in True Grit.
He certainly deserved a big piece of ham for that performance.
Jon Bon Jovi in U571
It wasn't a movie, but Steve Van Zandt was excellent as Silvio in The Sopranos
Timberlake showed some talent in Alpha Dog.
This is going to sound really obscure but I liked Tom Waits in Bram Stoker's Dracula.
Small part, but he played a loony really well...and his voice lent itself to the part very, very well.
