I saw parts of it . Helen Mirren is a very good actress but I have not seen the film so it would be difficult to judge if she was the best choice

See the link: http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/123682 Here is who I thought would win: Best Picture: “The Departed” Best Director: Martin Scorsese for “The Departed” Best Actor: Forest Whitiker in “The Last King of Scotland” Best Actress: Helen Mirren in “The Queen” Best Supporting Actor: Alan Arkin in “Little Miss Sunshine” Best Supporting Actress: Jennifer Hudson in “Dreamgirls” I also expected Inconvenient Truth to win for “Best Documentary Feature”. And for Melissa Etheridge to take home the Oscar for Best Song - 'I Need To Wake Up' for the film 'An Inconvenient Truth' I watched it to the end. My did they drag it on.
