It's even more harmless; nobody ever got herpes/cold sores from sexting... but idiot politicians and police want to put kids in jail for it.

even worse than jail, they might be labeled a registered sex offender if it involves sending photos which they will be labeled until they die.

..well... not exactly, once you broadcast your pics
over the 3G network...it's fair game....
I have personal experience with this situation and how negatively it can affect someone....
Lookin for a job...hope your pics dont find your prospective employer...
Maybe your family wouldn't like to see your sexcapades either.
If you don't mind the world seein what you got...by all means...just know the consequences..
