Help answer this question below.

I just took this suicide test when i looking at some other tests and it said i scored 56% and got higher than 86% of other people who took it is that bad

    Depends on what the test is testing. 86% more likely than others to commit suicide? 86% more likely than others not to commit suicide? 86% more correct answers on the subject in general? How many other people in the sample? You'd need more information.

    I don't know. Do you honestly feel suicidal? If you really do then talk to someone. You may have just answered those questions in a depressed period.
