Bruce Lee movies. They're so bad they're good. But all Pauly Shore movies are so bad they're just bad.

I have to say two come to mind instantly: Reservoir Dogs, and The Usual Suspects. But maybe those are actually not "bad and good," but more like "gorey and good." Or else maybe what I'm really trying to say is that bad things happen in them, and yet the telling of the tale in each case is what makes the movie good.
