well i do not think age matters. so basicaly whatever age you feel okay with. but if you do happen to be with some one under 18 make sure you know them well before you make the first move. it would suck to have to be registered as a sex offender just for that. so good luck.

I don't assume the person who asked this is from my country. The question asks 'If YOU are 19'. If I was 19, 16 would be the lowest age. Does it say 'In the USA'? No. I don't see why I should answer every question from an American point of view. I don't expect anyone else to.
The age of consent in my country is just as relevant as the age of consent in the USA. At no point did I say the age of consent in America was 16.
I have my facts straight.
