Various Condo Boards in my Association have allowed certain unit owners to expand their patios into the common area. Is this not equal to reallocating the undivided interests in the common area and rights to their use, hence requiring 100% owner approval?

    I cna answer part of the question...

    The change probably only requires about 75% approval with a set qu. 100% is too high of a threshhold.
