Last one I saw in person: An apartment building/office that my parents owned and operated a laundromat from. It also used to be my parents deli and the building where I spent most of my early childhood in. Just recently there was an arsonist in a local town. It was a couple months of fires on TV. Kind of horrible.

A barn. It was started by old, faulty electrical wiring after the installation of some new equipment.
