• I do too, usually I'm very dilligent. Unfortunatley, when it comes to trogens and worms, you have to be on top of it, no dallinging, cause then you die. ;D

• "Updating" is more than just Macroshaft patches though, and any reputable AV software maker will update their database within hours (if not minutes, if they are good and lucky) of a threat becoming known.

• Its a trogan that contains a worm that initiated inside an external ubs hard drive, and as you access files from it, it infultrates and saturates infection that prevents certain crucial start up processess in "windows" that allow users access to important permissions, and ultimatley, prevents them from even installing virus software. I had to re-install VISTA clean install, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguess, because before I did, I made the previous non=Raid hardrive set up, into a RAID 2 configuration using three identical 15,000 ron hard drives , AND got to experiment with the chipsets new "Virtual" capabilities to boot. Pun intended.

• No, Dont fetch files from an external drive, especially if its a USB one, unless you scan it with a virus software first. ;D

• Oooooooooo I'd kick theeir arse AND steal their i-pod as well. I hate it when anyone puts their pads on my Rigs, there's not safe....(apparently not with me either) hahahahahahah yesh , but I want to be the one to kill my computer and/or screw it up myself, nobody else can do it quite like me...Oh god, i feel a song coming on. :+

• Good move, you caught it before it caused irriversable damabge. I just kept ABing and clicking the pop ups and other signs of rapid damage away until it was too late. HAHAHAHAH its all good, I reinstalled my OS with a newer, beter raid configuration that before the virus, was not realized yet. ;D 6+

• Ok, then whateveer you do, do not keep your ubs external hard drive connected to your computer (if you happen to even have one connected to your computer) without virus scanning it first. This new virus infultrates ubs external hard drives first, then is let loose into your computer hard drive for the killing. ;D 6+

• Show off. I just reinstalled my Vista 64bit from my latest infestation. But the good news is, I added two hard drives, and now have the clean installation on a Raid configuration that rocks. ;D
